Get ready for an evening of celebration as we honor the accomplishments of inspiring youth who are working hard to become the first in their families to graduate from college.
As the Superintendent for Instruction, Innovation and Social Justice Richard Carranza leads the implementation of the district’s equity-focused strategic plan.
Under his leadership, student achievement has increased significantly, and he has overseen a redesign of the district’s central office as well as the implementation of a core instructional curriculum to create more equitable educational results for all students.
First Graduate's programming has lead to impressive outcomes for our students, who excel on numerous measures, year after year.
First Graduate's long-term, individualized approach successfully meets the needs of first-generation youth.
First Graduate's effective college access and success program serves more than 200 San Francisco-based students each year. We make a 10-year commitment to each student, starting the summer after sixth grade through college graduation.
